Start with zones around trusses, services, walls, and restricted approaches. If those zones cannot be drawn with their access and task basis, the concept should remain unresolved.

Separate the access envelope from the height label

For this 25m concept, the configuration may change when floor or ground bearing evidence, indoor access through doors and ramps, clear height, obstructions, the deck, crew, and tool basis, or rescue and local rules remain open. Include aisle widths, turns, slab joints, openings, finishes, underside offsets, materials, and handling aids.
