Begin with profile, material, and tooling

ARC-RF8 is an archived sheet-class reference for deciding whether a roll-forming review has a controlled profile, material, and tooling basis. The 0.3–1.0mm archive range does not confirm any profile, material, output, or power package. ARCLIFT acts as an integrated equipment supplier and can coordinate the selection review from issued inputs.

The approved profile drawing comes first. It should identify critical dimensions, tolerances, seam geometry, interfaces, and the inspection method; a profile name or photograph is not enough.

Define the material and line boundaries

The configuration review changes with the approved profile drawing, material, yield, and coating, thickness range, seam and tooling requirements, output direction, run-out, and power and lift interface. Coil dimensions, feed orientation, cut method, controls, sample material, surface expectations, and acceptance criteria also remain project inputs.

Please provide:

  • Approved profile drawing with controlled revision, dimensions, and tolerances
  • Material, yield, and coating basis plus thickness range and samples
  • Seam and tooling definition, critical interfaces, and inspection method
  • Coil data, feed and output direction, cut method, and panel-length context
  • Run-out area, access, line footprint, support, and control boundaries
  • Power and lift interface, destination electrical basis, and documents

Do not select a line from the archive range

The route may not fit if the drawing revision is uncontrolled, material samples are unavailable, tolerances have no acceptance method, run-out is blocked, or support and control interfaces cannot be checked. This page does not promise tooling, formed quality, rate, capacity, or electrical demand.

Release the technical basis in signed records

The signed technical schedule and approved drawings control the final configuration. The signed tooling proposal, electrical schedule, and acceptance protocol must match the approved inputs. Ask ARCLIFT to review the drawing and interface pack as a technical selection and supply partner, without treating an archive range as a result.

What project data is needed before configuration review?

Does the archived 0.3–1.0mm range apply to every profile and material?

No. It is an archived source reference class. Feasibility depends on profile geometry, material grade and yield, coating, width, thickness tolerance, tooling, drive and acceptance criteria.

What is needed for a tooling proposal?

Provide the controlled profile drawing, critical dimensions and tolerances, material specification, sample coil or strip, surface requirements, target lengths, cut method, production context and acceptance method.

Which documents define the final line?

The signed technical schedule, approved drawings, signed tooling proposal, electrical schedule and acceptance protocol define the final configuration. Editorial diagrams are not machine evidence.
