Selection overview

Use the reference to frame a project review

Review the equipment module, destination chassis, road route and site setup together.

Test high work zones against the destination route

ARC-T31 frames a decision about whether high work zones can be investigated without losing sight of the destination route and chassis limits. The 31m archived class is orientation only, not a confirmed envelope or road status. ARCLIFT works as a technical selection and supply partner and does not convert archive height into a vehicle promise.

Identify the work zones that drive the discussion, then trace the proposed vehicle from public road to setup position. A route that fails at a bridge, turn, gate, slope, or recovery point cannot be rescued by the archive label.

Put road, chassis, and setup data on one drawing

The configuration may change with destination road and chassis rules, travel and working envelopes, outriggers and ground conditions, transport route constraints, panel run-out, and approval documents. High-zone geometry, setup reactions, and weather controls must be reviewed as related inputs.

Prepare:

  • Destination road and chassis rules, frame data, axle basis, and wheelbase
  • Travel and working envelopes against the route and marked high zones
  • Outriggers and ground investigation for each candidate setup
  • Transport route, bridge and gate clearance, turning, and recovery access
  • Panel run-out, roof handover, forming-line interface, and exclusion areas
  • Approval documents, inspection path, weather limits, and rescue responsibilities

High reach does not cure a route gap

This reference may not fit if the route survey is incomplete, chassis integration lacks issued data, setup reactions cannot be checked, or high-zone weather and rescue controls are unresolved. It does not establish road legality, allowable load, or site suitability.

Confirm the selected arrangement in writing

The signed technical schedule and approved drawings control the final configuration. The approved load chart, chassis interface schedule, and packing data must all identify the reviewed arrangement. Ask ARCLIFT to review the route and high-zone pack as an integrated equipment supplier, subject to competent destination approval.

Project inputs

Prepare these inputs before configuration review

The checklist follows the Truck-mounted lifts family route.

  • Destination chassis and axle data
  • Road-route and registration constraints
  • Work zones and setup geometry

Workflows to assess

Review the interfaces around the equipment

Questions and documents

Close the review with available reference documents

What project data is needed before configuration review?

Is ARC-T31 a current 31m road-ready specification?

No. 31m is an archived source reference class. Road legality, chassis selection, axle distribution, work envelope and allowable loads depend on the destination and require project-specific confirmation.

Can road travel or setup time be promised from this page?

No. Travel, permits, site entry, setup sequence and recovery arrangements depend on the selected chassis, route, site and local rules. They are reviewed in the project method and signed documents.

What closes the technical review?

The signed technical schedule, approved drawings, approved load chart, chassis interface schedule and approved packing data define the order. Editorial visuals and archived website values do not.

Documents to request and validate

  • Signed technical schedule
  • Approved drawings
  • Approved chassis interface schedule

Availability and applicability depend on the reviewed configuration. The signed project documents, not this page, control an order.
