ARC-C28 is useful only for asking whether an added archive height class merits review against a defined setup sequence. The 28m reference is not proof of present reach, load, or stability. Resolve the variables around each move
The configuration may change with the access route, ground bearing evidence, support geometry, work elevation, panel run-out, and weather and rescue controls. Add roof slope, edge clearances, setup orientation, drainage, buried services, and forming-line interfaces to the same marked drawing.
Prepare:
- Access route and setup sequence with restricted turns and crossing points
- Ground bearing data, slopes, drainage, and support geometry assumptions
- Work elevation, offset, and roof-edge relationship by setup
- Panel run-out and handover path, including planned line interfaces
- Weather and rescue controls and the owner of each local approval
Conditions that can rule out the sequence
The reference may not fit if a setup relies on unverified ground, a travel path passes through an uncontrolled work area, roof handover clearances are missing, or weather and rescue limits cannot be enforced. No archive value authorizes the sequence.
Make the issued documents decisive
The signed technical schedule and approved drawings control the final configuration. The applicable approved load chart, interface schedule, and packing data must refer to the same arrangement.
